platinum - $3000
As a platinum member, you will be allotted a 30 minute live presentation during our regular programming. All members tuning in for the conference will be watching this presentation and will have the opportunity to ask questions for 10 minutes following your presentation. Presentation topic can be selected by your organization with ASDA approval. Social media highlight of your organization (i.e. a thank you from our Instagram and Facebook) and the option to have your logo on conference tshirts or other "swag" will also be included with this tier selection. Additionally, you will be offered a break out room during our virtual vendor fair (see silver tier for more details about this).
Silver- $1500
As a silver member, you will have a specific Zoom link for attendees to log into during our virtual vendor fair. The virtual vendor fair will last approximately 2 hours and will allow students to pop into your Zoom link to ask you questions and communicate with your representative. We will work with you to record attendee attendance and we are planning on entering attendees who interact with enough vendors into a raffle. Your organization name will also be listed on conference tshirts and other “swag” under the silver tier.
Bronze- $500
As a bronze member, you will be allotted a 5 minute maximum pre-recorded commercial break. These breaks will allow you to advertise your organization and provide contact information for students to reach out to you following the conference. Because these breaks are pre-recorded, there will not be a Q&A available with the students. Your organization name will also be listed on conference tshirts and other “swag” under the bronze tier.
